What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dog Walker: A Tail-Wagging Career position at Little Bay Pet Services, LLC?
If you love dogs and spending time outdoors, this is the perfect job for you. Working at Little Bay Pet Services is a great fit for people who love spending time with animals, have a flexible schedule, are active and happy, and want a rewarding day-to-day experience at work. We treat pets like family! We are a premier pet sitting company that is expanding and excited to offer more dog walking services to our clients. We are well established have been serving clients on the NH Seacoast for over 16 years now.
We are in the “peace of mind” business. We provide peace of mind to the pet parents who are either traveling or working. We visit our clients’ homes to care for their pets and also their homes, taking dogs for walks around the neighborhood or trails, letting them out to play in the backyard, occasionally providing medications, and a lot of TLC & belly rubs. We ask that you drive to these pet visits and use our mobile app to provide photos and updates to the clients to let them know how their pets are doing.
We are looking for part-time dog walkers Monday-Friday between the hours of 10am-4pm, who have trustworthy & hands-on experience caring for pets, who are willing to travel within our service area, commit to a minimum of 6-12 months of employment, pass a background check, complete training, and are available to work based on our clients’ needs and your schedule.
Of course, you must be willing to treat furry clients like they are like your own. Some of the many advantages of working for us include lots of room to increase your hours, flexible schedules, streamlined communication from your phone: and a relaxed work environment (e.g., shorts, jeans, etc.). Education is important to us, and we offer continuing education opportunities to help you succeed with your clients. With us, you are an employee, not a contractor, so you are fully protected by our liability insurance, our bonding, and worker’s compensation insurance. We want you to be protected and secure when out in the field working for us. If fresh air, adorable pets, exercise, no office to report too, seeing neighborhoods while you walk someone's prized pet sounds like your ideal day, then get in touch! We want to hear from you!
