Little Beginnings Learning Center in Hastings, MN, is looking for a Full-Time Toddler Teacher to join our incredible community of educators in a Christ-centered, nature-rich learning environment!

About the Role
We have two lively toddler rooms with up to 14 children each and a strong, supportive team. One of these rooms is waiting for its next great Lead Toddler Teacher — could that be you?

Key Responsibilities
- Create a safe, nurturing environment that encourages spiritual, social-emotional, and cognitive development.
- Implement engaging, faith-integrated and nature-based activities and curriculum in partnership with your team.
- Lead smooth, structured transitions between activities while modeling patience and kindness.
- Guide children’s social interactions, fostering Christ-like compassion, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
- Participate in and supervise indoor and outdoor play, promoting hands-on exploration of God’s creation.
What We’re Looking For
- A degree (or working toward one) in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or a related field is preferred.
- At least one year of teaching experience is strongly preferred.
- Current (or willingness to obtain) First Aid, CPR, and SIDS/Shaken Baby training.
- Knowledge of early childhood teaching strategies and child development principles.
- A philosophy of early childhood education aligned with Christian values and a nature-based learning approach.
- Strong relationship-building skills with children, parents, and team members.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and openness to feedback and growth.
- Basic computer literacy, including email, research, and document creation.
- Familiarity with NAEYC Accreditation criteria is a plus but not required.

Pay: $18.50 - $20.00 per hour
