**Job Summary:**
Little Beginnings is a Faith and Nature-based program!! We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Infant Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young children, possess strong communication skills, and be knowledgeable in various teaching methodologies.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for Infants
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to create a positive learning atmosphere
- Assess students' progress and communicate with parents/guardians regularly
- Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development through interactive learning experiences
- Implement behavior management strategies to support positive interactions among students
**Wish List**
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Previous experience working with Infants
- Knowledge of child development principles and early intervention techniques
- Strong ability to plan and execute age-appropriate activities
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
