Job duties to include: all facets of a front dental office (including scheduling, answering a multi-line phone system, email communications, verifying insurance eligibility, and handling patient financial accounts; if you are willing to learn, we will help train you!
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Experience with multi-line phone systems and customer service
- Organizational and time management skills
- Clerical and administrative experience, including data entry and filing
- Familiarity with dental insurance
- Bilingual candidates are a plus
- Typing proficiency and attention to detail
