Areas of Accountability:
- Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the program in keeping with St. Paul’s Policies and Philosophy.
- Staff oversight with the Executive Pastor and Assistant Director including but not limited to hiring, firing, staff appreciation, hours tracking, etc.
- Be on premises during all times the program is in session or designate a responsible person in their absence. Coordinate with the Administrative Director to prepare for the programming.
- Billing of tuition, collecting payments, making deposits, and making sure all receipts are turned in. Maintain all financial records in accordance with financial guidelines, including but not limited to two people counting any cash together.
- Establish a faith-based curriculum for the teachers to follow in classrooms and ensure the curriculum is being followed.
- Planning all Little Blessings’ field trips.
- School-wide communications with families through Facebook, monthly newsletter, As needed announcements, and text messaging.
- Coordinate enrollment and communication with parents and teachers regarding enrollment.
- Planning and overseeing fundraisers.
- Report maintenance requests to the Facilities Manager.
- Plan and publicize the yearly calendar while coordinating with area School Districts, the church calendar, and community events.
- Approves Swipe Clock timecards for employees.
Weekly Accountability Reporting:
- Reports to the Executive Pastor.
- Update the Weekly Ministry Report with Little Blessings Events and happenings.
- Approves timesheets via Swipe Clock.
- Maintains a personal Safe Gatherings Certification.
- Maintains a CPR certification.
- Manages ministry area resources such as budget and expenses in accordance with the financial policy set forth by St. Paul’s.
- Follows all requirements set forth in the St. Paul’s handbook.
