Reliable transportation is required. Flexibility to work at different store locations in Las Vegas is a must.

Assistant Manager Responsibilities:
- Role: Prepare pizzas, package orders, expedite service, and keep the store running smoothly.
- Open/close the store: Prep store, cash handling, and preparation for daily operations.
- Customer-first focus: Ensure fast, accurate, and high-quality service.
- Lead and motivate: Guide team members and uphold our high standards.
- Manage cash and inventory: Handle transactions and assist with ordering.
- Train and develop: Help your team improve and grow.
- Oversee operations: Keep shifts running efficiently and ensure compliance.
- Take charge: Step in for the General Manager when needed.
General Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead from the front: Making pizzas, packaging orders, and expediting service.
- Open/close the store: Prep store, cash handling, and preparation for daily operations.
- Set the tone: Inspire and energize your team every day.
- Oversee operations: Manage financials, inventory, and overall store performance.
- Optimize costs: Control labor, food, paper, and utility expenses.
- Handle scheduling & payroll: Keep everything running smoothly.
- Drive customer satisfaction: Use smart strategies to enhance service and sales.
- Resolve challenges: Handle emergencies and problem-solve effectively.
- Coach & develop: Provide training, feedback, and performance reviews.
- Create a positive work environment: Foster teamwork and success.
- Ensure smooth opening & closing procedures.
