What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Assistant/Receptionist position at Little City Landscape?
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you’ll be working in a small office environment, where you'll have the opportunity to work independently and enjoy a flexible schedule.
Salary: Starting at $18-$19 per hour depending on experience.
Hours: 30-35 hours per week (Fewer hours during the winter and snow season.)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00-4:00 (Flexible work schedule)

Responsibilities:
- Answer phones with proper phone etiquette
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail
- Must be Responsible and Reliable with a Positive Attitude
- Provide excellent customer service and communication
- Perform data entry and administrative duties
- Handle client scheduling and appointments
- Process billing and invoices
- Manage emails and sort incoming mail
- Strong writing and grammar skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- QuickBooks experience is a plus
