Little Conquerors Educational Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Center Director to support our school in achieving and maintaining excellence in compliance, organization, and overall operational success.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Leadership:
- Develop, implement, and oversee the overall curriculum and daily operations of the GSRP program.
- Guide and mentor teachers in implementing effective classroom management and lesson planning.
- Foster a positive and engaging learning environment that encourages children's natural curiosity and fosters a love of learning.
- Continuously evaluate and improve program effectiveness through data analysis, observations, and feedback.
Team Management:
- Recruit, hire, train, and supervise a high-quality team of teachers and support staff.
- Provide ongoing professional development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment that values open communication and shared decision-making.
- Address staff concerns and resolve conflicts effectively and professionally.
Parent & Community Relations:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents through regular communication, parent-teacher conferences, and school events.
- Effectively communicate the program benefits to prospective families.
- Collaborate with the school administration and community partners to enhance the overall educational experience for children.
- Manage school finances, including budgeting, fundraising, and grant writing.
Administrative Duties:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and licensing requirements.
- Maintain accurate student records and program documentation.
- Oversee school safety and emergency preparedness procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field Is preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Center Director.
- Proven experience in leadership roles within an educational setting.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of the GSRP program and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong leadership, mentorship, and team-building abilities.
- Proficiency in curriculum development, assessment, and data analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
