## Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to create a welcoming environment for our guests. To be considered, applicant must be able to work Saturdays, Sundays, and Evenings
## Responsibilities
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about hotel services and amenities
- Handle guest requests promptly and courteously
- Process reservations and cancellations accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Laundry and light maintenance are required.
## Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
- Knowledge of hotel management systems is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual skills are advantageous
- Familiarity with phone systems and proper phone etiquette

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Hotel experience: 1 year (Preferred)
