Summary
As the Hotel General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and effective management of resources. Reporting to the Management Company, you will utilize your core skills in hospitality management, customer service, and budgeting to drive revenue and maintain high standards. Your ability to lead a diverse team, will enhance guest relations and foster a welcoming environment. With relevant experience in front desk operations and guest services, you will play a pivotal role in the success and reputation of our hotel.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences and satisfaction.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to maintain a high standard of service.
- Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize profitability.
- Handle guest relations and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
- Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Collaborate with various departments to enhance hotel services and amenities.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel management and hospitality services
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Expertise in revenue management and budgeting
- Excellent customer service and guest relations abilities
- Proficiency in human resources management
- Familiarity with front desk operations and multi-line phone systems
- Knowledge of night audit procedures and resort operations
