Responsibilities:
- Program Management to include Indiana State Licensing, NECPA Accreditation and Level 4 Paths to Quality
- Staff Supervision
- Curriculum Development
- Compliance ensuring the center meets all local, state, and federal regulations
- Budget Management

Qualifications:
- BA in ECE or another field accompanying a CDA required
- Previous experience as an Assistant Director or Center Director is preferred
- Understanding of child development principles and best practices in education and classroom management
- Knowledge of classroom health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and ability to closely adhere to the guidelines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Administrative experience, knowledge of CRMs or other systems used for student paperwork filings
- Energetic and positive attitude
