We are seeking an experienced Clinical Laboratory Technologist to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
* Perform clinical laboratory procedures, examinations, and tests in accordance with established protocols and guidelines
* Provide prompt and accurate laboratory test results and prepare products for transfusion in support of patient care
* Maintain equipment, records, and quality assurance activities related to examination performance
* Collaborate with other laboratory personnel and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Qualified as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist in accordance with New York State Department of Health regulations
* Minimum 1 year experience in standard laboratory methodologies
* Licensure by NYS SED as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist required, or licensure-eligible with a limited permit or limited license as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to exercise independent judgment and responsibility
