What You’ll Do
- Assist in preparing and setting up classroom activities and materials to enhance learning experiences.
- Provide individual support to children during lessons, transitions, and daily routines.
- Capture daily photos of children’s activities to keep parents engaged and informed.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom, including sanitizing and tidying up.
- Support lead teachers with behavior management and group supervision.
- Be familiar with emergency protocols and assist in ensuring child safety during drills.
- Complete annual state-mandated training to stay up to date on best practices.

Qualifications

- Ability to follow classroom routines, safety procedures, and preschool guidelines.
- Must meet state licensing requirements, including background checks and CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
