DO YOU MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS?
- 21 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record
- Willingness to obtain a physical and TB test before you start working
- Heart for working with children aged six to twelve
Relevant experience would be preferred.
YOUR NEW ROLE AS AN ASSISTANT SUMMER CAMP TEACHER
Our summer camp begins Tuesday, May 27th and runs until Friday, August 9th. Your first day is Thursday, May 22rd (or sooner if possible), and you need to be able to work for the entire program.
Each day, you work closely with your lead teacher to create incredible experiences and lasting memories for your students. You oversee classroom activities, encourage participation, manage meal times, and chaperone the kids while on field trips. If the children start getting a little too loud or rambunctious, you help get them back under control. You also let parents know at the end of the day how their child behaved and what fun things they got into.
