Little Lighthouse is looking for a new full time Front Office Receptionist/scheduler
- Ability to call and text parent to confirm appointments
- Customer services skills when talking to and attending parents.
- Ability to organize and maintain a steady schedule for patients.
- Ability to organize and maintain files and records, ensuring they remain updated and are easily accessible
- Friendly and knowledgeable when answering the phone, taking messages.
- Skilled in the use of office equipment such as photocopier, printers, etc.
Qualifications
- Medical administrative support experience
- Proficiency in patient service and front desk operations
- Familiarity with Medisoft (preferable)
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical terminology
- Ability to handle multi-line phone systems
- Previous experience in a medical office setting (preferable)
- Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
