Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have experience in toddler care, daycare, or childcare settings and a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment. This role involves educating and nurturing young children, following lesson plans, and implementing engaging activities that promote physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
Candidate must be available to work Monday through Friday with one of the following schedule options:
230PM-530PM, 3PM-530PM, 330PM-530PM or 4PM-530PM
(candidate will relieve one of our day shift teachers)
Responsibilities
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in the classroom.
- Engage children in various activities including physical education, arts and crafts, and interactive learning experiences.
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support the overall development of each child.
- Maintain classroom organization and cleanliness to create an inviting learning space.
- Collaborate with other educators to enhance the educational experience for all students.
Requirements
- Proven experience in toddler care, daycare, or childcare settings is preferred.
- Strong understanding of early childhood education principles and practices.
- Experience in tutoring or teaching preschool-aged children is a plus.
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff.
- A genuine passion for educating and nurturing young minds.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
