What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full Time Young Toddler Teacher position at Little Ones World?
We are a small center located in Hutto. We are seeking a Teaching who has a passion for helping children learn and grow. We strive to teach the children through teachable moments. Learning how to embrace each child at there current learning level and helping them grow and learn from where they are and beyond is our vision. As each child is at different learning levels we embrace that and focus on child led learning opportunities. We are a Texas Rising Star facility.
Duties
Day to day duties of caring for the children
ensuring the classroom is cleaned and maintained presentable
daily positive communication between other staff members and parents
Learn to use the daily communication app though Bright wheel
Follow the school Curriculum Frog Street and ensure the children are having every opportunity to learn through teachable moments.
obtain proper required training to remain in status with CCR
Be dependable and able to arrive on time.
Requirements
Must be 18 with a GED or High school Diploma
Must be willing to obtain a FBI finger print
24 hours of training must be obtained with the required time frame per CCR (usually we require it to be done with in six months of the hire date.)
Must be able to communicate about any concerns you may have so we can help in any way possible
Any childcare experience is a plus
Reliable transportation
Must be willing to communicate with parents directly
Must be willing to follow a daily schedule to help enrich each child's learning opportunity
Nice To Haves
Childcare experience is a plus
Great communication skills
Out going personality and wanting to learn more to better the environment to help your teaching skills
