About the RoleWe are looking for full-time pediatric clinical therapists who want to build a new way of delivering high-quality, evidence-based mental health care to children 0-14. We hire mental health providers who are excited to work at an early-stage startup and impact the accessibility of exceptional behavioral health for children and families.Responsibilities :
- Provide high-quality, evidence-based teletherapy via the Little Otter platform to children ages 0-14 years old, parents, and families
- Conduct evidence-based interventions for children and families including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapies, Exposure Therapy for Anxiety, Parent Management Training (PMT), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Child and Family Psychotherapy (CPP), etc.
- Complete clinical documentation using the Little Otter platform for each patient including intake notes, progress notes, treatment plans
- Participate in a weekly case review and manager meetingAbout You :
- Masters level therapists independently licensed in Pennsylvania ie. Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT)
- 1 years of independent direct clinical experience providing psychotherapy to children and families. Demonstrated expertise in treating common mental health disorders in children through evidence-based practices
- Bilingual-Spanish speaking preferred
- Comfortable with technology and interested in incorporating technology solutions into clinical care
- Must not be opted out of Medicare
- Passionate about providing mental health care services to children and families and excited to work at an early-stage startup to impact the way we provide these exceptional virtual services!Schedule : Days and evenings required. We are looking for providers who can provide 8-30 hours of clinical care. You will also be required to attend a manager meeting for 30 minutes hour per week. We encourage you to attend our other clinical meetings although not mandatory. There is no additional compensation for meetings as this is part of your role and professional development at Little Otter.Schedule :
- 32 hours a week or 40 hours a week option
- 30% of your clinical sessions should be after 3pm EST or on Saturdays in order to accommodate childrens' schedulesCompensation : We provide a set base plus RVU model. We provide a set base plus RVU model.
