With over half of the seats located right on the ocean, The Dining Room seats 100 guests and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. In addition, you and your team create an exclusive collection of lounge offerings, amenities, in-room dining options, and cater to small refined groups.

Requirements
Executive Chef Responsibilities:
The Executive Chef is a key part of the leadership team, driving culinary excellence at Little Palm Island.
As the Executive Chef, you will continue to develop our culinary team including a Sous Chef, Pastry Chef, and a team of 10-12 local and international line-level culinary team members (for whom employee housing is offered).
You will partner with the Noble House Corporate Chef for initial menu development guidance. Beyond, you let your creative juices flow with specials, seasonal menus, Island buy-outs and Chef's Tables in our state of the art $750K kitchen.
In return, you are rewarded by a 6-figure compensation package that includes base salary, bonus potential, matching 401k, health benefits, and great travel benefits. What it Takes to be a successful Executive Chef:
To be successful in the role as Executive Chef, you bring experience leading a culinary team in a luxury boutique hotel with a top-notch, exclusive restaurant (think Relais & Chateaux).
Additional experience such as Michelin PLUS a degree from an accredited culinary institute will be highly regarded.
Naturally, you have the drive to exceed expectations for this special location. Your creativity and leadership skills will inspire our team. This will come with your innate ability to handle the ups, downs, training needs, business needs and sometimes long hours required to run this unique dining outlet.
