Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 3:45 PM
Responsibilities
- Assisting in lesson plans and activities assigned by the lead teacher.
- Preparing and setting up learning centers and materials.
- Supervising children during play, learning activities, and outdoor time.
- Assisting with classroom management and discipline.
- Providing direct care to children, including changing diapers, assisting with toileting, and helping with meals and snacks.
- Guiding and supporting children's social and emotional development.
- Communicating with parents about their child's well-being and progress.
- Assisting with daily classroom routines, such as nap time and transitions.
- Communicating effectively with the lead teacher and other staff members.
- Participating in team meetings and professional development opportunities.
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience working with 3, 4, and 5 year old's required.
- Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with children, parents, and other staff members.
- The ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
- Understanding of early childhood development.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $11.00 - $14.50 per hour
