Responsibilities:
- Lesson Planning and Instruction: Develop and implement age-appropriate lessons to support learning and development.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a safe, positive, and structured classroom environment.
- Child Observation and Assessment: Monitor and track children’s developmental progress.
- Support Social and Emotional Development: Encourage positive interactions, emotional regulation, and social skills.
- Communication with Parents: Regularly update parents on children’s progress and behavior.
- Health and Safety: Ensure a clean, safe, and healthy environment for children.
- Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training and stay updated on early childhood education trends.
Qualifications:
- Love and appreciation for supported young children and families
- Willingness to learn and participate in our two-week long TRAINING PROGRAM
- High school diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation too and from work
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong communication skills
- CPR, First Aid training preferred but we are willing to train
Job Type: Full-time
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
