Reports to: General Manager
Essential Functions
- Adheres to state of Arkansas professional practice act and rules and regulations for massage therapy in Arkansas as governed by the Arkansas State Board of Health/Arkansas Department of Health.
- Discuss options with clients to determine the individual needs of each client during consultation. Provide customized massage therapy services, through a variety of techniques, that meet the clients' needs based off consultation.
- Performs duties in a professional manner demonstrating dependability, flexibility and teamwork.
- Maintains confidentiality of client and employee information.
- Begins and ends all treatments on time, adhering to the appointment book and guest scheduling.
- Provides quality to ensure high quality, comprehensive care.
- Interacts with clients/members/guests/staff in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Understand and use universal precautions and sanitary procedures.
- Knowledge of club processes and programs.
- Uphold our principle to “improve the day.”
Requirements
Qualifications
- Maintains a current/valid AR Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) license
- 1-3 years of work experience
- Remain current on certifications and new trends in the industry
- Patience, tact and good communication skills.
- Knowledge of principles and processes for customer service.
- Solid work ethic
