Essential Functions
- Towel Service: Locker room attendants are responsible for all towel service aspects at our facility. This includes, but is not limited to, Gathering dirty towels, washing, drying and folding them, then replacing them on shelves to be used again.
- Provide top-notch customer service and member experience: Locker room attendants are one of our most visible positions within the club. They must be able and willing to provide help to any member that asks. If they cannot provide help themselves, knowledge of who or where to point them to is crucial.
- Maintain cleanliness of the locker room per Club standards: Any trash, dirty towels, or other mess must be picked up or dealt with by the locker room attendant.
- Replenish all amenities in locker rooms: Locker room attendants are responsible for refilling any amenities that are low or out in the locker room.
- Maintain an effective workflow in the laundry room: Effective locker room attendants will be able to switch between tasks quickly and efficiently. This includes being able to effectively time when to start washers and dryers, and knowing when to make rounds around the facility to gather dirty towels.
