Reports to: Operations Director
Essential Functions
- Outdoor maintenance and upkeep.
- Maintenance and upkeep of the facility including all equipment.
- Preventive maintenance.
- Exercise a professional attitude and conflict resolution skills when handling member feedback; refer feedback to the appropriate supervisor as needed.
- Clay court maintenance duties.
- Indoor and outdoor maintenance tasks.
- Uphold our principle to “improve the day.”
- General assistance in other departments when necessary.
Requirements
Qualifications
- 1-2 years’ experience in operations or maintenance work preferred.
- Patience, tact, and clear communication skills.
- Skills in both leadership and customer service.
- Solid work ethic.
