NOTE: This is a combined posting for multiple positions with the Little Rock Parks and Recreation - Southwest Community Center and Jim Dailey Fitness & Aquatic Center Division. Positions will remain open until filled or until a sufficient pool of candidates is created to meet current staffing needs.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications, Additional Requirements and Supervisory Responsibilities

Head Lifeguard: - Must be certified by American Red Cross as Lifeguard and hold current CPR certification; three (3) years experience as a Lifeguard; two (2) years experience teaching swim lessons.

Senior Lifeguard - Must be certified by American Red Cross as Lifeguard and hold current CPR certification. Must have one (1) year experience teaching swim lessons. Must have two (2) years experience as a Lifeguard.

Lifeguard - Must be certified by by American Red Cross as Lifeguard and hold current CPR certification.

Assistant Pool Manager - Must be certified by American Red Cross as Lifeguard and current CPR certification. Must have three (3) years experience as a Lifeguard. Must have two (2) years experience teaching swim lessons. Must have two (2) years experience as a lifeguard.
