Responsibilities:

- Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate curriculum based on the Creative Curriculum model

- Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom where children thrive

- Build meaningful relationships with children, parents, and staff

- Observe, assess, and document children's progress to tailor learning experiences

- Participate in ongoing professional development, leadership training, and career advancement opportunities

Requirements:

- CDA credential, associate’s degree, or higher in early childhood education preferred

- Experience working in a childcare setting

- Ability to lead a classroom with confidence and creativity

- Strong communication and organizational skills

- Passion for working with children and fostering a love of learning
