Little Shop Of Magic in Las Vegas, NV is looking for one sales floor supervisor to join our team. We are located on 7265 Arroyo Crossing Parkway #115.
As the Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our sales floor and organized play areas. Your primary duties will include managing the sales and organized play teams, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales and event attendance to meet store goals. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a interest in tabletop games, and a commitment to providing an outstanding shopping and event experiences for our customers.
Key Responsibilities :Supervise and support the sales and organized play teams, providing coaching and training as needed.Ensure the sales floor is well-organized, stocked, clean, and visually appealing.Assist customers with product inquiries, purchases, and special orders.Monitor sales performance and work with the team to achieve sales targets.Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.Coordinate with the inventory team to manage stock levels and product displays.Coordinate with the organized play team to foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for gamers of all ages and skill levels.Coordinate with the social media team in utilizing our marketing channels to promote the store and engage with the community.Assist the organized play team in organizing and hosting gaming events, workshops, and community gatherings.Assist the store manager in implementing and maintaining sales strategies and promotions.Assist the store manager in creating schedules, managing performance, and fostering a collaborative team environment.Assist the store manager in conducting regular team meetings to communicate goals, product knowledge, industry and shop updates, and feedback.Qualifications :Previous experience in a supervisory role in retail sales, restaurant, or event venue.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.A interests in tabletop games and knowledge of the gaming industry preferred.Weekend and evening availability requiredWe are looking forward to meeting you.
Available shifts and compensation : We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $13.50 - $15.00 / hour.
