Job Description

Magic Mike Live Worldwide is seeking a personable, results-driven Sales Manager to lead strategic sales initiatives for the Las Vegas production of Magic Mike Live, with the possibility of contributing to future productions. The ideal candidate has experience in entertainment, hospitality, or live events along with a proven track record of developing and executing innovative sales strategies that drive ticket sales, increase group bookings, and build strong partnerships. This role requires a strategic mindset and a creative approach to sales and marketing. The Sales Manager will work cross-functionally with marketing, ticketing, and analytics teams to maximize revenue, enhance audience engagement and expand distribution channels. This position reports to the Senior Director of Sales & Ticketing.

MAGIC MIKE LIVE is a first-class entertainment experience that has taken Las Vegas and London by storm, based on the hit film franchise, most recently MAGIC MIKE'S LAST DANCE. Conceived & directed by Channing Tatum and co-directed by choreographer of the films Alison Faulk, the show is a scorching, immersive, dance and acrobatic spectacular featuring sexy and daring themed one-of-a-kind acts from a diverse cast of world-class performers. It’s a sizzling 360-degree spectacular guaranteed to leave the audience breathless.


Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive ticket sales, group bookings, and premium VIP experiences.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key partners, including tour companies, corporate clients, travel agencies, and hospitality networks.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and PR team to align sales initiatives with promotional campaigns.

Business Development & Partnerships

  • Expand sales distribution and actively seek new business opportunities by working closely with hotels, concierge services, wholesalers, travel agencies, timeshares, and ticket brokers.
  • Represent Magic Mike Live at networking events, B2B and B2C trade shows, and industry conferences.
  • Foster a strong relationship with the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA) to keep Magic Mike Live top-of-mind for travel trade, FAM tours, and citywide initiatives.
  • Build a collaborative relationship with the SAHARA Las Vegas sales and marketing teams, working together to enhance promotional efforts, optimize sales strategies, and create cohesive brand messaging for a stronger market presence.

Revenue & Growth Management

  • Monitor sales performance, market trends, and demand to optimize pricing and promotions.
  • Actively learn to operate and generate reports using CRM platform, Spektrix.
  • Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain strong relationships with ticketing partners to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Cross-Functional Collaboration 

  • Liaise with the box office, ticketing, analytics, and marketing teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Effectively communicate accurate rates and strategies to the Box Office and ticketing teams.
  • Work closely with global Magic Mike Live teams to address market-specific needs and challenges.
  • Actively participate in internal meetings with key stakeholders to share insights and optimize sales efforts.
  • Support the Sr. Director of Sales & Ticketing as requested.

 

Qualifications Required

Experience: 3–5 years of sales management experience, preferably in live entertainment.

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

  • In-depth knowledge of the entertainment landscape in Las Vegas and nationwide.
  • Proven success in identifying new sales opportunities and increasing revenue.
  • Experience with group sales campaigns, special event buyouts, and corporate partnerships.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines independently.
  • Established relationships with ticket brokers, concierge services, wholesalers, and other sales channels.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems, CRM platforms, and sales analytics tools.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and adaptability to new technologies.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional service to guests and stakeholders.

  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
