Little Sprout Lactation Care is seeking a dedicated, compassionate International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) to join our team as a subcontractor, covering the Collier County area.
About the Position:
This role offers flexibility and growth potential. Initially, client volume will be part-time as we establish your market area, with the goal of building a full schedule over the next few months. We will work closely with you to develop and grow this opportunity.

What We’re Looking For:
- IBCLC certification (required).
- A passion for helping moms and babies with evidence-based lactation support.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Availability to cover the desired areas for in-home visits.
- Willingness to collaborate on local marketing efforts and community outreach.
- Reliable transportation.
- Flexibility and patience to build a client schedule over time as we expand in your service area.
- Newly credentialed IBCLCs welcome!
Important Details:
This role starts with part-time hours and will expand as client demand grows. We are looking for someone committed to growing with us and making a long-term impact in the local community.
Compensation:
This role offers a flat fee structure based on a 70/30 split, with 70% of the fee allocated to the consultant. Additionally, you will retain travel fees, further boosting your overall compensation.
Pay is per consultation completed. You chose how many consultations you want to do per day/week as we build your schedule.
