Little Sprouts Learning Center is a local, award-winning childcare located in Colorado Springs. We offer year-round care for children 6 weeks to 6 years old and have 9 classrooms. We serve 100% organic food and are passionate about project-based curriculum, have nature-focused playgrounds with gardens, use Eco-friendly supplies and materials, and enjoy our classroom animals. Applicants must be comfortable with our niche.
Little Sprouts Learning Center is hiring for 1 Lead teacher that is experienced in Early Childhood Education and lead teacher qualified to provide quality care for preschool aged children. All applicants must have knowledge on child development and familiar with state rules and regulations. Job responsibilities will include safety and supervision of children, daily parent communication, lesson planning, documentation of children's daily activities, support of children's developmental needs, cleanliness and sanitation of the classrooms, and attends any required trainings for the position. Hours are full time Monday through Friday.
Applicants must be enthusiastic, professional, dependable, kind, and knowledge individuals who have qualifications in the State of Colorado to work with young children in an Early Childhood school setting. Lead teacher qualifications is a requirement.
