Little Spurs Pediatric Urgent Care is currently seeking an HR assistant to perform administrative duties related to the operations of the human resources department. This position will support both the HR Generalist and Recruiter in general day to day duties, including data entry and management within the HRIS system, overseeing filing and employee records, and assisting with onboarding duties. Additionally, this position will work the Little Spurs Talent Acquisition department to maintain the Applicant Tracking System and assist with recruiting duties.

What You Need (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field preferred.
- 1 year of administrative HR experience preferred.
- 1 year of HR recruiting experience preferred.
- HRIS experience preferred.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of protected employee information.
- Provides administrative support to the human resource functions as needed, including record-keeping, file maintenance, preparing and sending offer letters, updating applicant tracking, and HRIS entry.
- Screening and interviewing applicants
- Compiling and maintaining paper, digital and electronic employee records.
- Entering employee data into computer database.
- May assist with preparation of human resources reports.
- Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
- Provide clerical support to the HR and TA departments.
Salary : $17 - $20
