The Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Coordinator will oversee all aspects of safety and compliance within the facility, ensuring a safe work environment for staff and patients. This position will manage safety training programs, incident report investigations, first aid kit maintenance, and emergency preparedness. The EHS Coordinator will work closely with department managers, HR, and external authorities to uphold safety standards, reduce workplace injuries, and create a culture of safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure Compliance: Maintain full compliance with OSHA regulations and state safety laws; conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments.
