Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Daycare Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in fostering a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children. You will be responsible for implementing age-appropriate activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development while ensuring the well-being of each child in your care.

Duties

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the developmental needs of children.
• Manage classroom activities effectively to create a positive learning environment.
• Provide individualized support to children.
• Foster strong relationships with students and their families through effective communication and collaboration.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all
• children by adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular assessments of children's progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Stay informed about childhood development best practices and incorporate them into daily activities.

Experience

• Proven experience in childcare or early childhood education settings is preferred.
• Strong skills in classroom management and creating an inclusive environment for all students.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special education needs is a plus.
• Knowledge of first aid and emergency procedures related to childcare is essential.
• A background in childhood development principles will be beneficial for this role.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development in early childhood education is highly valued.

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
