We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team. Bookkeeper/Office Administrator
Description:
· Entering invoices from vendors and suppliers
· Recording of payments out to vendors and suppliers
· Recording of sales and accounts receivables
· Balancing of bank accounts
· Balancing of credit cards and collecting receipts
· Tracking of undeposited funds account
· Accounts receivables follow up and management
· Providing of reports on weekly basis and as needed
· Working with financial manager to close books for the month
· Enter Data for Purchase Orders
· Other Miscellaneous office Tasks
Requirements:
· Basic accounting courses taken
· Ability to keep sensitive information confidential
· High attention to detail
· Proficient in basic Microsoft excel skills and Microsoft outlook
· Basic knowledge of general ledger accounts
· Works well with others
· Ability to solve problems without constant supervision
· Loves to learn and can adapt to changes as needed
· Have own transportation
Preferred requirements:
· Working on degree in accounting or business currently
