We are seeking a Assistant Construction Coordinator to join our team in Cadallic, Mi.! You will assist in overseeing new home construction planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
Responsibilities, Assisting in :
- Oversee all aspects of the construction projects for new modular homeconstruction, from planning, implementation to completion
- Obtaining permits from Govermental agencies
- Interface with project contractors, city and county officials, and clients
- Request bids and work with management to obtin approvals
- Conduct walk-throughs with customers
- Participate in costruction and sales meetings
- Inspect and check -in new homes that are delivered to sites
- Perform other duties as assigned or delgated by manager
