Job Description:

We are seeking an energetic, flexible preschool teacher. Teachers at our school have the opportunity to develop and strengthen the skills a child needs to prepare for their future educational endeavours.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain a safe, comforting and loving classroom environment
• Interact proactivity and positively with children to develop bonds and create trust
• Communicate professionally with families regarding their child’s daily activities as well as growth and development
• Develop curriculum based on each child’s individual skills and needs
• Create an enhanced learning environment based on the belief that children are capable, creative and social beings

Skills and Qualifications:

• Have completed a college degree or a minimum number of credits in Early Childhood Education or an ECE related field
• Have experience working with young children in a professional, licensed supervised setting
• Must pass the state-required background check
• Must have documentation of U.S. Citizenship or eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Self-motivated, self-directed, creative, reliable, and trustworthy
