Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Soccer Coach to join our team. If you have a love for soccer and enjoy working with students, this is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact through sports coaching.
Duties
- Instruct and lead soccer practices, drills, and games
- Develop players' soccer skills including dribbling, passing, defense, teamwork and more
- Create and implement effective training programs tailored to individual and team needs
- Provide constructive feedback to players to enhance their performance
- Foster a positive and inclusive team environment
- Manage team logistics such as scheduling games, transportation, and equipment
Qualifications
- Previous experience in soccer coaching or playing at a competitive level is preferred
- Knowledge of soccer rules, strategies, and techniques
- Strong communication skills to effectively work with students of all ages
- Ability to motivate and inspire players to reach their full potential
- Certification in CPR/First Aid is preferred
- Experience in behavior management and working with students is a plus
