As a Dental Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience by managing appointments, answering calls, and providing outstanding customer service. You’ll be working closely with our team of dentists, hygienists, and other staff to help create a positive, stress-free experience for all our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients as they arrive and ensure they feel welcome and at ease.
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and handle patient inquiries.
- Manage patient records and ensure all necessary documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Process patient payments and verify insurance information.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Collaborate with dental professionals to ensure a seamless patient flow throughout the day.
- Assist with general office tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree or relevant certification is a plus).
- Previous experience in a dental office or healthcare setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using office software and scheduling systems.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
