    Instructional Paraprofessional FTE 0.56222, Littleton High School

    Littleton High School is an IB World School where all students in grades 8-10 are enrolled in IB Middle Years courses. Students in grades 11-12 opt in to the IB Diploma Program. LHS also offers a full complement of AP classes, as well as a STEM Certificate, and Early High School, a unique full-day program for eighth graders on the LHS campus.
    This position will support LHS students in a variety of ways, including but not limited to, assisting our Library Clerk as well as students one-on-one and in small groups for reading support.

    EDUCATION AND RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE:
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • One year and up to and including two years of experience in word processing. Post-secondary courses in clerical business skills and computer skills equivalent to two years of college preferred.
    • Working with and/or supervising youth preferred.
    • Two years of post-secondary study and Associate’s degree or higher preferred.

    SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES:
    • Proficiency in academic skills, including oral and written communication and mathematic ability.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
    • Interpersonal and team member skills.
    • Basic knowledge of behavioral supports and strategies.
    • Ability to work with students with diverse backgrounds and abilities.
    • Ability to diffuse and manage volatile and stressful situations.
    • Ability to collaborate with teachers.
    • Experience in Infinite Campus, Microsoft Office products and Google Suite preferred.

    LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS or CERTIFICATIONS:
    • Criminal background check required for hire.
    • Valid Colorado driver’s license.

    This position is 4.0 hours per day, 178 days per year.
    Starting pay is grade 4 at $18.41 per hour.
    School year 2025-2026
