Job Overview

Qualifications/ Skills

• Nurse Practitioner license in Indiana.
• We will consider recent FNP graduates.
• Proficiency in case management techniques to facilitate comprehensive patient care.
• Familiarity with medical office standards and protocols to ensure efficient operations.
• Experience with utilization management practices for optimizing patient outcomes.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and colleagues.

Pay: $110,245.00 - $125,087.00 per year
