What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-time Administrative Assistant position at LIV Health?
LIV Health is looking for a motivated, reliable and compassionate Administrative Assistant for our mental health urgent care clinic in Cheyenne. We are currently hiring for a part-time position for weekday evening coverage and full shifts on Fridays and Saturdays. Our ideal candidate will be available for some occasional coverage for vacations and sick days.
Duties include:
- Manage walk-ins and Outpatient appointments with new and existing patients
- Create and update patient charts, reply to email and website inquiries
- Input insurance information, collect co-pays and other payments as needed
- answer phone calls, managing and scheduling new referrals and assisting other clinical staff as needed
This job requires advanced office and problem-solving skills. It also requires organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
LIV Health has four service lines: Mental Health, Mental Health Urgent Care, Medical Services and Case Management
Please note the mental health urgent care hours are 9am to 7pm Monday to Saturday.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in medical administrative support and front desk operations
- Strong organizational skills and clerical experience
- Proficiency in EHR systems such as Epic, Meditech, and eClinicalWorks
- Knowledge of medical terminology, CPT coding, and HIPAA regulations
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and multi-line phone systems
- Excellent patient service and customer service skills
Schedule:
- Mon, Tues, Wed, Thur - 5pm to 7pm
- Friday and Saturday - 9am to 7pm
- 28 hours per week
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
