As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be instrumental in driving strategic business solutions by providing expert-level support and services to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring business requirements are fully met and client expectations exceeded. You will lead efforts to review, validate, and optimize business processes across the company’s programs and projects while serving as a strategic partner for business process improvement and technology-driven solutions.
Requirements
- Leading the analysis, documentation, and re-engineering of business processes to drive operational efficiency and align with strategic goals.
- Overseeing complex configuration tasks, custom reporting, and system setups while ensuring the business and technical environments are aligned for optimal performance.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to the PMO & Product team in developing and maintaining common processes, procedures, and documentation to support key strategic initiatives.
- Serving as a subject matter expert on the company’s software products, providing deep insights to help customers maximize the platform’s value.
- Managing user accounts, access controls, and permissions within the company’s platforms, following best practices for security and operational integrity.
- Leading efforts to create and refine standard operating procedures related to technical environments and operational processes.
- Leading and creating customer demos, training, and workshops, presenting solutions that cater to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Functioning as the primary interface between customers and IT/Development teams, facilitating the resolution of issues, managing escalations, and handling requests for new or enhanced technology solutions.
- Engaging directly with stakeholders to lead the design, testing, and implementation of business process changes, ensuring successful delivery of complex initiatives that enhance business outcomes.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to influence and drive the completion of Statements of Work, business rules validation, pricing Levels of Effort, and requirements gathering for new client requests.
- Serving as an escalation point for helpdesk support and leading advanced troubleshooting efforts in SaaS environments.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Demonstrated experience leading business process re-engineering initiatives and developing strategies for cross-functional collaboration.
- Proven ability to translate high-level business requirements into detailed functional specifications and drive those requirements through implementation.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and business analysis software.
- Strong project management skills with experience in facilitating cross-functional meetings, leading initiatives, and managing multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, including executive management, technical teams, and clients.
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain the necessary Security Clearance for work being performed.
- Bachelor’s degree; 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst in a software development or SaaS environment.
- Familiarity with Data Visualization/ Reporting skills (i.e. PowerBI, Tableau, or Quicksight) is a plus
- JIRA Administration certifications are a plus
