Do you love digging into applications to understand what they are and how you and the business can benefit from them? If the answer is “Yes”, you are in the right place. LivCor is looking for someone who will work closely with end users, Tech teams and vendors to ensure that applications are optimized for performance, aligned with business needs, and compliant with organizational policies. The Application Analyst will troubleshoot issues, manage upgrades, and provide user training to ensure smooth operation of enterprise software solutions. This position plays a key role in ensuring that the applications support the company’s operational and strategic goals while minimizing downtime and improving efficiency.

What you will do:

• Provide day-to-day support for core business applications, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Facilitate training for groups and/or individuals for enterprise applications
• Collaborate with other IT teams (internal and external) to resolve complex technical issues that span multiple systems or technologies
• Collaborate with vendors and 3rd party operators to implement, maintain and troubleshoot business applications
• Customize and configure applications to meet business needs
• Collaborate with business units to understand their requirements and recommend system enhancements to streamline operations and improve efficiency
• Assist in defining workflows and optimizing application functionality
• Perform quarterly audits for all enterprise applications
• Coordinate and manage system upgrades, new application implementations, and software migrations
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, issues, fixes, and enhancements
• Manage user roles, permissions, and access levels within applications to ensure compliance with security protocols
• Manage application roll-out projects while working closely with the stakeholders
• Collect feedback from the end users to improve the application while collaborating with the vendors

What you should have:

• 3 years of experience managing applications
• Experience with managing projects
• Experience in creating documentation and building training courses,
• Experience with Analytics and Reporting
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to initiate and drive projects proactively and accurately
• Disciplined, flexible, and autonomous work habits; we don't micromanage
• An overwhelming desire to see others succeed
• Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, senior management, external parties
• Forward looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions
• Strong customer service orientation and experience in user support
• High energy with initiative and “we” mentality
• Heart with Smart
• Mutli-family experience is a plus
• ServiceNow certification is a plus
• Asana experience is a plus
