Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate Payroll, Accounts Payable. This role is crucial for the smooth operation of our financial processes and will require a strong understanding of payroll and accounts payable.
Duties
- Maintain and update financial records in accordance with established procedures.
- Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Utilize accounting software, including Sage 50, to manage day-to-day transactions.
- Process invoices, payments, and payroll in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate reporting.
Experience
- Understanding of Payroll and A/P concepts and principles.
- Computer Skills / Literacy
- Previous experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks effectively.
