THE JOB
Responsible for cleaning and overall daily upkeep of the venue, ensuring a clean and safe environment.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
- Keep the venue safe and clean at all times, including cleaning and disinfecting all fixtures, floors, mirrors, doors, and walls of restrooms.
- Ensure the venue is show ready before the fans arrive each night.
- Stock all necessary items before guests enter the venue.
- Clean up any spills to maintain safety.
- Keep work areas neat and orderly, clean equipment, and assist with other cleaning duties as assigned.
- Participate in venue recycling efforts before, during, and after the show.
- Ensure guests’ seats are clean from any debris before doors open.
- Display a “heart of service” attitude.
- Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required basic maintenance and service.
- Use various hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in performing duties.
- Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.
