THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced Senior Director of Product Management – Customer Identity to lead the strategy and development of Live Nation’s profile services, customer data platform, and identity risk initiatives.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for profile management and customer data services.
- Lead the design and development of digital identity strategies.
- Build solutions that bridge the gap between anonymous and authenticated traffic.
- Prioritize the delivery of profile-related features and enhancements.
- Build and maintain scalable APIs and endpoints.
