Lawn Care Specialist

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong understanding of lawn and landscape maintenance. This role involves providing high-quality lawn care services, including tree care, garden maintenance, and hardscaping. The Lawn Technician will be responsible for ensuring that our clients' outdoor spaces are healthy, beautiful, and well-maintained.

Responsibilities

• Perform lawn care tasks such as mowing, fertilizing, aerating, and overseeding to promote healthy grass growth.
• Execute tree care duties including tree trimming and pruning to enhance the aesthetic appeal and health of trees.
• Dig and build landscape features such as flower beds, retaining walls, and pathways to improve the functionality of outdoor spaces.
• Maintain gardens by planting flowers, shrubs, and other vegetation while ensuring proper watering and care.
• Conduct regular inspections of lawns and landscapes to identify issues such as pests or diseases and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.

Experience

• Previous experience in lawn care or landscape maintenance is preferred, we are willing to train motivated individuals.
• Familiarity with landscaping tools and equipment is advantageous.
• Knowledge of horticulture principles related to plant health and maintenance is a plus.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a strong work ethic.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $165.00 - $180.00 per day

Expected hours: 8 – 24 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Experience:

• Lawn care and landscaping: 2 years (Preferred)

• Blairsville, GA 30512 (Required)
