Key Responsibilities:
- Staff Scheduling:
- Create and manage schedules for all staff, ensuring optimal coverage and adherence to company policies.
- Address scheduling conflicts and last-minute changes promptly and efficiently.
- Onboarding Coordination:
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees by scheduling training sessions and ensuring all necessary documentation and resources are prepared.
- Collaborate with department leads to align onboarding timelines with organizational needs.
- Special Projects:
- Organize and execute special projects as assigned by the executive team, such as company events or external partnership activities.
- Event Coordination:
- Coordinate company events, team-building activities, and staff meetings, including catering, logistics, and post-event follow-up.
- Communication:
- Act as the primary point of contact for all scheduling inquiries and communicate schedule updates clearly and effectively.
- Liaise with site managers to ensure scheduling aligns with operational goals.
- Record Maintenance:
- Maintain accurate records of schedules, employee availability, and attendance.
- Generate reports on scheduling trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Process Improvement:
- Evaluate and streamline scheduling processes to enhance efficiency and reduce conflicts.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a scheduling role, preferably in a healthcare or urgent care setting.
- Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in planning and coordinating events is highly preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in healthcare or office administration is a plus.
Salary : $41,600 - $47,840
