Position Overview:

At Live Well, you’ll take the reins of our marketing vision—leading internal, external, and digital initiatives that reflect our brand’s voice: hopeful, innovative, and family-centric.

Our core Marketing Workbook serves as your foundation. You’ll collaborate with our leadership team to implement data-driven strategies that attract new patients, inspire loyalty, and build our brand as the premier natural wellness center.
We offer a 3-month marketing training program with a world class marketer to help with on-boarding.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Craft and Execute Marketing Strategy:

• Develop a dynamic, 12-month marketing calendar aligned with our practice’s growth goals: attracting 45 new chiropractic patients monthly and growing multi-service adoption.
• Strategize campaigns that highlight our unique services—including S-Wave regenerative therapy, functional nutrition coaching, PEMF therapy, and gentle chiropractic miracles.
• Track metrics like patient growth, ROI, and service utilization, continuously refining campaigns to maximize success.

2. Internal Marketing – Deepen Patient Engagement:

• Create memorable experiences and campaigns that make patients proud to be part of our Live Well Family.
• Leverage patient workshops, referral programs, and “Wellness Opportunity Workshops” (WOWs) to inspire deeper connection and loyalty.
• Collaborate with our team to integrate educational content, success stories, and our Core Value Proposition across every touchpoint.

3. Community & External Marketing – Be the Local Health Leader:

• Represent Live Well Chiropractic at health fairs, community events, and workshops—positioning us as the trusted beacon for natural wellness.
• Build partnerships with local businesses, sports teams, and health organizations to expand outreach and strengthen community ties.
• Launch campaigns that inspire raving fans to refer friends and family, helping us raise healthier generations.

4. Digital Marketing – Tell Our Story to the World:

• Lead social media, email, and SEO strategies that share compelling patient stories, educational content, and life-changing results.
• Utilize innovative funnels, retargeting, and ads to reach our ideal patient personas (mothers, athletes, and families seeking natural solutions).
• Ensure our digital presence reflects our mission: where health miracles happen, and patients feel heard, loved, and cared for.

5. Performance Analytics – Measure Impact, Drive Growth:

• Analyze campaign results, patient flow, and engagement metrics to report on marketing performance.
• Stay on the cutting edge of healthcare marketing trends and technologies, ensuring Live Well remains a leader in the natural wellness space.
