Duties
- Collect and verify patient information
- Input data accurately into the electronic health record system.
- Assist with timely start of care
- Maintain organized patient files and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
- Collaborate with branch staff to ensure seamless communication regarding client needs.
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and managing correspondence.
- Utilize software systems such as Well Sky, Empeon, Apploi, etc.
Requirements
- Previous experience in home care preferred.
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
